From the North:

Take Route 93 South towards Boston and take exit 23 Purchase Street, which will be on your right. Go straight through 4 sets of lights and stay to your right. Just before the 5th light, take a right onto Lincoln Street and the parking garage with be on your right.

If you are not parking, go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.

From the South:

Take Route 93 North to Boston and take Exit 20 (South Station/Chinatown). Stay in the left lane - take a left at fork (toward South Station). Remain on Surface Road through two sets of lights. Stay in right lane. After second set of lights, stay right at fork (toward South Station). Stay in the right lane. At the bottom of the exit ramp proceed straight through the light. At the second set of lights (South Station will be on your right) take a left turn at Summer Street. At next set of lights take a left and then an immediate right onto Lincoln Street. The entrance to the parking garage at 125 Summer Street is immediately on your right on Lincoln Street.

If you are not parking, go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.

From the Mass Pike:

At the end of the Mass. Pike, stay in the middle lane. Take exit 24A (South Station). At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Kneeland Street, then take the third right onto Lincoln Street.

Go straight through the second intersection, which is an artery. The entrance to the parking garage is immediately on the right.

If you are not parking go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.

From Logan Airport:

As you leave the airport take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25 (South Boston) stay right. Bear right at the Yield sign to another set of lights. Take a right. At the second set of lights (very short distance) take another right onto Summer Street. Proceed for eight tenths of a mile and at the fourth set of lights take a left onto the Surface Artery. At the second light take a right onto Lincoln Street. The entrance to the underground garage at 125 Summer Street is immediately on your right.

If you are not parking go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.

From Boston (Route 93 South) and Route 95/128:

Take Route 3 South (follow the signs to Braintree, Cape Cod). On Route 3 in Hingham, take Exit 15 for Derby Street and at the end of the ramp, turn left. Then take the first right into the 175 Derby Street office complex. Go to the end of the complex and Burns & Levinson will be on the right.

From the North:
