Dan strives to help his clients succeed by attending to the legal and administrative needs and challenges that confront nonprofit managers on a daily basis. Our reward is seeing clients grow and flourish, maximizing their positive impact on society."

In addition to his direct client work, Dan directs the day-to-day operations of Hurwit & Associates. He focuses his efforts on long-term strategies for the firm including business development, personnel and workflow management, and strategic relationships with other nonprofit professionals, associations, and service providers.

Previously, Dan was a staff consultant for Anderson Consulting where he worked on a conversion project for a major defense contractor that migrated a five million record database into an integrated and customized bill of material and work order system. Other work included similar migration projects for two major consumer products companies.
