Corporate, Employment or Tax Attorney

We seek an experienced attorney interested in becoming a key member of a dynamic, collaborative, and highly regarded firm specializing in nonprofit law. The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience working closely with tax-exempt organizations and philanthropists throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Ideal candidates will have 4-6 or more years of corporate, employment, tax, and/or nonprofit law experience; an ability to think strategically and practically; excellent interpersonal and one-on-one client skills; and an ability to manage multiple client relationships and matters concurrently, from straightforward to complex.

We’re looking for people who will derive job satisfaction from applying legal skills to make significant and lasting impact on our clients’ ability to further their charitable objectives. We represent organizations across the nonprofit landscape, including educational, arts, environmental, health, social service, and religious organizations as well as philanthropies, social venture funds, lobbying organizations, and professional and trade associations. Our clients range from small local and regional organizations to large NGOs and institutions based nationally and globally.
