We seek an attorney interested in becoming a key member of a dynamic, collaborative, and highly-regarded firm specializing in nonprofit law. The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility working closely with tax-exempt organizations and philanthropists throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Ideal candidates will have five or more years of nonprofit corporate, tax, and/or trust law experience; an ability to think practically and strategically; excellent interpersonal and one-on-one client skills; and an ability to manage multiple client relationships and matters concurrently.
We’re looking for attorneys who are strongly motivated to impact the ability of our clients to achieve their charitable objectives. We represent organizations across the nonprofit landscape, including educational, arts, environmental, health, social service, and religious organizations as well as foundations, social venture funds, lobbying organizations, and professional and trade associations.
